@ Legion Lakes

Stopping tonight at Custer Park in SoDak. A cabin in the park. After the sunroof mishap we went into a long drive through the wasteland of Eastern WY.

Back on the road

25 minutes and thanks to Steve Reiman @ Buffalo, Reiman automotive we are back on the road after vacuuming, cardboard and ducktape.

Trouble

Construction on 90 and a rock kicked up by a truck ricochets off the pod and smashes the sun roof.

Well, There is no cell phone service here at Devils Tower.

However we are staying at a great camp ground and have had an excellent rest day.
I am posting this from the porch of the Devils Tower trading post where they sell beer and have a wifi hotspot. Moose Drool Brown Ale.

WE hiked around the base of the Tower in the morning. We tried to look up Saba in the climbing registry, but had not luck. It is all computerized now, and they would not let us look at the books from the early fifties when Saba, (Tris Coffin) reached the summit twice.

This afternoon we went for another hike to the prairie dog town.
